This month we’re delighted to announce a new and exciting collaboration between JRT and London creative, production and post-production company LipSync.
It was working on the re-launch of the Philip Kingsley website, which is due to go live in the next 4-6 weeks, where the two companies first met. Whilst JRT have been working on the e-commerce side of the new site, LipSync were the lead on producing six promotional videos, which will used for future social media campaigns and showcase Philip Kingsley’s star products. These videos will allow visitors to the site to feel more engaged with the brand, gain an increased understanding of the product in question and make a more informed purchase decisions.
It was on this project that both companies saw an opportunity to work together in the longer-term, by adding value to each of their respective services. Robin Guise, Creative Director at LipSync , said: “Whilst we have a strong foothold in the commercial, film, music, and home entertainment industries, I saw an opportunity of collaborative working to expand on the corporate side of our business. JRT has a solid and expanding portfolio of important corporate clients, so I feel it’s an excellent fit for LipSync and allows us to grow the business from a good vantage point.”
LipSync has two sides to the company, LipSync Creative , which manages the creative and production elements, and LipSync Post , which offers post-production services for the TV and film industries. The Soho-based agency aim to offer a full range of services, from conceptualisation and storyboarding, right through to copywriting and shooting, voiceover direction and sound mixing, as well as all aspects of mastering to film and video and all post-production.
The company also has an impressive portfolio of projects – both past and present – which include Skyfall, Ice Age 4: Continental Drift, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, Saving Private Ryan, and hit-TV series Boardwalk Empire to more recently Ben Affleck’s acclaimed ‘Argo’, Peter Stricklands’s ‘Berberian Sound Studio’, ‘The Sweeney’ and the hard hitting documentary ‘McCullin’ to name a few. Through their collaboration with the major film studios, research shows LipSync has been involved with over 70% of the top one hundred grossing films of all time.
However, despite working with many global and multi-national corporations, Robin believes in the importance of keeping close to clients and remaining hands on. He said, “Making sure that we stay personal in everything we do as an agency is so important to me. We work in small teams and have a structure in place that ensures there’s consistency throughout the project. It reassures our clients that we’re not a ‘one size fits all’ and we really care that the end result exceeds a client’s expectations.”
